How do I book a court?
Simply browse clubs near you, select an available court and time slot, and confirm your booking. Payment is processed securely through the app.
Can I book lessons with coaches?
Yes! Browse available coaches at your favourite clubs, view their profiles and rates, and book private or group lessons directly through the app.
How do I join group sessions or clinics?
Check the sessions tab to see upcoming group sessions, clinics, and round robins at clubs near you. Simply tap to register and pay - spots are first come, first served.
What is my skill rating and how is it determined?
Your skill rating helps match you with appropriate sessions and players. You can self-assess when setting up your profile, and clubs may adjust it based on observed play.
How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Go to your bookings tab, select the booking you want to modify, and choose cancel or reschedule. Refund policies vary by club, so check their terms before cancelling.
Is the PicklePro app free to download?
Yes, the PicklePro app is completely free to download and use. You only pay for court bookings, lessons, and sessions you choose to book.
How do payments work?
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. You can save your card for faster checkout. Payments go directly to clubs, and you'll receive email receipts for all transactions.
Can I join multiple clubs?
Absolutely! You can browse and book at any club on PicklePro. Some clubs offer memberships with discounted rates for regular players.
How do I find clubs near me?
Use the clubs tab to browse nearby locations. You can filter by distance, amenities, court type, and availability to find the perfect place to play.
Will I receive notifications about my bookings?
Yes, you'll receive push notifications and emails for booking confirmations, reminders before your sessions, and any changes or cancellations.
What if I have an issue with a booking or payment?
Contact the club directly through the app for booking issues, or reach out to our support team at support@picklepro.com for payment or technical problems.
