PicklePro (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you create a club account on PicklePro. Please read this policy carefully.

We collect the following information from club owners:
- Personal details: Name, email address, phone number, password
- Club information: Club name, location, club images/logo, club bio/description
- Contact details: Support email, phone number, website URL
- Booking settings and configuration: Pricing, session types, availability
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your club account
- Display your club profile and booking settings to players
- Process payments and subscriptions
- Send service updates and billing information
- Improve our Service through analytics
- Enable the optional participant list feature, which — when activated — allows members of your club to see the names and profile pictures of other members who have booked the same session. Only names and profile pictures are ever shared between players; all other personal data remains restricted to club administrators.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data based on:
- Consent — when you agree to this policy during signup
- Contract — to provide the PicklePro service and manage your account
- Legitimate Interests — to improve our Service and ensure platform security

- Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management

- Players: Your club profile and contact information is visible to players who join your club or browse sessions
- Resend: Sending transactional and notification emails

We retain your personal data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we retain your data for 90 days to address payment disputes and legal obligations. Payment and transaction records are retained for 6 years to comply with UK tax regulations.
